The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 466 in Charleston, WV, was chartered January 23, 1914. IBEW Local 466 represents inside wiremen, apprentices, and electrical workers across the region. It is known for its strong apprenticeship program, steady hiring hall activity, and long-standing role in supporting fair wages, safety, and high-quality electrical work. Local 466 services 26 counties throughout the Charleston-Princeton Area of West Virginia and Virginia.
